Security Officer

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about ensuring a safe and secure environment. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for performing detailed checks and security patrols, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing detailed checks and security patrols, including checking premises, equipment, and personnel.
  • Responding to incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or security environment.
  • Ability to work a rotating flexible roster, 7 days a week.
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Current NSW Security Licence.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
