Occupational Health and Safety Specialist - Krakow

At TTEC, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bilingual Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
  • Analyze workplace conditions and provide recommendations for improvements in health and safety.
  • Assess investment or modernization plans and participate in technical acceptance of workstations, devices, or facilities.
  • Prepare and update risk assessments for all positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate activities in case of accidents at work or on the way to work, and take preventive actions to minimize risk.
  • Develop and deliver Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs for new hires.
  • Educate employees on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) best practices, including first aid and evacuation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English and Polish language skills (multilingual).
