Occupational Health and Safety Specialist - Krakow
At TTEC, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bilingual Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Analyze workplace conditions and provide recommendations for improvements in health and safety.
- Assess investment or modernization plans and participate in technical acceptance of workstations, devices, or facilities.
- Prepare and update risk assessments for all positions within the organization.
- Coordinate activities in case of accidents at work or on the way to work, and take preventive actions to minimize risk.
- Develop and deliver Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs for new hires.
- Educate employees on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) best practices, including first aid and evacuation procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English and Polish language skills (multilingual).
