Responsibilities:

  • Lead and instruct engaging group Reformer Pilates classes
  • Adhere to our teaching standards and processes
  • Ensure consistent high-quality class delivery
  • Foster a welcoming and energetic environment for members
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the studio
  • Support the capture of class content and testimonials for social media

Requirements:

  • Reformer Certification
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Passion for teaching and educating members
  • Proactive attitude with ability to adapt exercises and offer progressions and regressions
  • Ability to exceed member expectations in our Group Fitness Program
  • Availability to participate in regular timetables and fill-in classes
  • Ability to instruct safely and provide a challenging and fun environment
