Your Role

  • Lead comprehensive data analysis to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and manage program-specific data collections in Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboard reports to support decision-making.
  • Deliver insights for the PHN Health Needs Assessment by analysing PHN data assets.
  • Collaborate with the PHN's centralised systems team to ensure seamless integration.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $94,095pa + 11.5% super + salary packaging (total remuneration package up to $110,851pa) + 17.5% leave loading.

Requirements

  • A postgraduate qualification in health, science or data discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data preparation, manipulation, analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficient application of statistical analysis tools and techniques: SQL, Python, R (or combination thereof).
  • Experience developing research questions and using health data to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience communicating effectively to diverse audiences, both technical and business.
