Glean is an AI-powered knowledge management platform designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams. By integrating with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean enables employees to access the right knowledge at the right time, boosting productivity and collaboration.
The company seeks to help people access information quickly and intuitively through an AI-powered enterprise search platform.
About the Role
- You will work on projects with forward-thinking organizations, guiding them at the start of their Generative AI journeys.
- As a trusted technical advisor, you will perform interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers.
- You will educate the technical teams of prospective customers on the architecture of the Glean platform, explaining how the solution works within the customer landscape.
- You will scope and execute sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises to validate technical requirements and business objectives.
- You will present at company-sponsored events such as Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales and have used value-based discovery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms to educate and train customers, prospects, and partners.
