Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

A key leadership role has become available for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations team. If you have good warehousing knowledge and are looking for career growth, we want to hear from you.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Directing warehouse teams to achieve exceptional customer service levels while meeting inventory and cost targets, driving continuous improvement in Safety, Service, and Productivity.
  • Managing labour performance by monitoring KPIs and taking action to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Inducting, onboarding, and training all new employees.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and driving performance and behavioural standards within the warehouse teams.
  • Participating in ensuring a safe working environment by monitoring and reporting on Work Health & Safety compliance.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • The ability to solve problems in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Extensive warehousing experience including pallet jacks, RF scanners, and Order Pickers.
  • A current forklift licence is essential.
