Job Description:

As a skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services across various sites in the Gippsland Region. Your primary objective will be to provide expert repairs and maintenance services to our Partners.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling.

Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with stakeholders, developing strong partnerships, and maintaining safe workplaces in accordance with OHS guidelines.

Additionally, you will be working within self-managed teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in a similar role is essential
  • A current driver's licence is required
  • Previous construction or metal trades experience is highly desirable
  • Proven experience working under limited supervision is necessary
  • Strong building fabrication knowledge is crucial
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one is also required
