As part of our management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations. You will bring your confidence, energy, and passion for customer service to influence your team and achieve set store goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and supporting the Store Manager across all aspects of store management
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Store Administration
  • Training and coaching of new team members
  • Delegating and managing the team
  • Leadership and guidance to the team
  • Maintaining a clean and organised store front
  • Ensuring store environment complies with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels

You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, resolve queries in a timely and professional manner, and possess strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team.

Desirable qualifications include a current/valid police check or willingness to obtain if successful.
