About the Role:
  • Front office management, including guest services and arrival procedures
  • Overseeing housekeeping and maintaining presentation standards
  • Light grounds care and pool upkeep
  • Managing bookings, revenue systems, and day-to-day operations
  • Providing outstanding customer service that drives repeat business

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, confidence with property management systems, and a proactive approach.
