About the RoleThis exciting leadership position reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for delivering exceptional results across multiple store locations. As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record of success in leading teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate high-performing store teams to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and control store budgets, inventory, and resources to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior retail management position, preferably in a large format or big box retail environment
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
