About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our Operational Resilience and Governance Team based in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across senior management, business, and support groups to help us meet our obligations to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

You will provide timely and accurate advice on APRA's requirements and expectations, reviewing proposed new business and transactions for compliance with relevant prudential standards. You will also contribute to the successful implementation of enhancements to our contagion risk framework and maintenance of policies and controls.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on APRA's requirements and expectations
  • Review proposed new business and transactions for compliance with prudential standards
  • Contribute to the implementation of enhancements to our contagion risk framework
  • Maintain policies and controls to ensure regulatory compliance

About Our Team

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent and centralized function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
