  1. Ensure a safe environment exists for all stakeholders by adhering to WHS requirements, policies, and procedures, and ensuring documentation meets accreditation standards.
  2. Manage contractors, including scheduling, inductions, and service agreements, and liaise with the Service Manager.
  3. Contribute to the development of the Preventative Maintenance Program and ensure work requests are responded to competently and within agreed timeframes.
  4. Document works performed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Attend mandatory and non-mandatory training and apply learning to improve service delivery and comply with industry requirements.
  6. Manage unscheduled events and respond proactively.
  7. Communicate with Management and other staff.
  8. Monitor and manage the Maintenance budget.
