  • Ideating and shooting content for Arnott's and Tim Tam TikTok and Instagram channels to take content to the next level and engage a younger audience.
  • Developing shoot briefs and pre-production documentation, and managing shoots with external photographer & videographer team
  • Developing briefs for influencer campaigns and managing the process from start to finish including selection of influencers, content approvals and reporting.
  • Collaborating with our brand teams to understand their strategies and ideating how to drive further impact of these on social media.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, using social media to drive impressions and engagement.
  • Experience shooting and editing static and video content (on mobile)
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and other social media
  • Experience utilising social management MarTech such as / Social Sprout for social listening and analysing content performance.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in assessing content performance, industry reports, and social listening data.
