Our Serviceheadspace Centres offer a one-stop-shop for young people who need help with mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, and/or work and study support. Our services are designed to be accessible, flexible, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

As a Clinical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to young people aged 12-25 years. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention, and group work as required.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing comprehensive mental health assessment and case management
- Participating in the provision of mental health education programs for health professionals, community-based services, and community groups
- Participating in the identification, development, and implementation of quality and service improvement activities
- Liaising with Senior Intake Officer to monitor and manage client pathways
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care as a member of the multidisciplinary team
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill to undertake routine clinical practice with a superior understanding within the continuum of care
- Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team utilising high-level communication skills to establish effective partnerships and provide consultation to the team
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the professional development of self and others through education, professional networking, and application of evidence-based practice
- Eligibility to apply/currently hold a WWCC
- Eligibility to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
