About the Role:
ACOR Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydraulic Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Building Services discipline, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality hydraulic services designs and documentation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce technically competent and commercially realistic hydraulic services designs and documentation
• Provide clear and concise instructions and mark-ups to the drafting and 3D modelling pool
• Ensure accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards
• Coordinate requirements between other disciplines and perform checks of documents and drawings of other disciplines
• Participate in the further development of hydraulic services design capabilities and continued professional development

Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Cert IV in Plumbing or BSc)
• Registered with the RMS for NSW Class 2 Building Practitioners Design declarations (preferred and highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a Senior Hydraulic Designer
• Sound knowledge of Revit software, AutoCAD, and Blue Beam
• In-depth knowledge of the AS3500 suite of standards and the National Construction Code and Plumbing Code of Australia
• Cross-discipline knowledge with a broad understanding of Australian Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
