Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamic CRM Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective use of technology.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. You will analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership teams, and support the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Experience with uplift of Digital Case Management Systems.
  • Experience in a complex digital transformation or product development environment.
  • Experience mapping business processes to system functionality and identifying gaps.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing and system integration, using industry standard techniques in a complex business environment.
