Highly Skilled Lead Consultant Anaesthetist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant Anaesthetist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our hospital's healthcare delivery unit, you will be responsible for providing specialist anaesthetic services to patients while promoting patient safety and quality of care.
Job Description:- Provide leadership and direction to the anaesthesia department, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce morbidity.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient results.
Key Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as an Anaesthetist (FANZCA) or within 6 months of receiving fellowship.
- Experience in leading teams and managing resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
