Experience Director Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader in early childhood education to lead our centre forward.

  • Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher with proven leadership experience
  • Ambassador of the Centre: Establish a strong presence in the community, promote our centre's vision, and contribute to its growth
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain robust policies and procedures that ensure compliance and excellence
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all legal and statutory obligations, ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and staff
  • Curriculum Leadership: Develop and implement a vibrant, engaging, and age-appropriate program that meets the interests and needs of children
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the centre's philosophy, policies, and procedures are upheld, implemented, and regularly reviewed

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven expertise in development, program planning, and implementing policies
  • Understanding of relevant childcare legislation and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in operational, financial, and HR management
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and time management abilities
  • A warm, respectful, and professional approach
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and manage high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with childcare management software and systems
