About This Role:

As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing campaign and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Manage campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring internal alignment through key business processes;
  • Communication development: Get involved in locally developed communications, including TVCs and digital campaigns Brief, develop and execute communication plans, and manage external agency partners throughout the process;
  • Performance analysis: Collaborate with teams to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales and brand metrics for relevant campaigns.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • 1-3 years Marketing experience
  • University qualification highly desirable
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and at a fast pace, capable of juggling several projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and proactive, taking the initiative to anticipate problems or opportunities
  • Great at building strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and third parties
  • A clear, confident, and concise communicator
  • Previous experience in QSR, FMCG, or retail desirable but not required
