About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Asset Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations, maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants, and developing new business leads and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Commercial Property or Asset Management industry, proficiency in using MRI Software (PMX), and strong knowledge of relevant property and industry legislation.

They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Develop new business leads and opportunities to contribute to the overall growth of the property management division
  • Oversee property management operations, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth portfolio performance
  • Monitor and improve customer service levels, ensuring they meet industry benchmarks
  • Lead the management team in identifying and implementing business growth strategies
  • Collaborate with Councils of Owners and stakeholders to create innovative, integrated solutions for commercial assets
  • Ensure asset management decisions align with long-term business strategies
