Caregiver with Compassion

We're seeking an experienced Caregiver to join our team at Bayview Treetops Care Community. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our registered nurses and senior management team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

You'll also be responsible for:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintaining accurate and concise documentation in care planning

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

• $31.24 per hour + penalties + 11.5% Super (NSW)

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in aged care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
