**Job Title:** Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor

About this role:

The infrastructure maintenance supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with legislated requirements and internal controls. This involves managing onsite contractors to align with procedures, including contract management and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with maintenance execution supervisors to ensure maintenance work is conducted in a manner that ensures minimal disruption to maintenance plan delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve business processes and lead by example.
  • Acting as site responsible person for onsite contractors, including management and escalation of safety incidents.

  • Has experience working in contract and contractor management within the industry.
