Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead the development of our frontend codebase.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, extensive experience with testing frameworks, and a proven track record of building frontend applications at scale.

They will be responsible for spearheading the development of high-performing frontend code, designing user interface systems, collaborating with engineers and designers, and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Spearhead the development of high-performing frontend code that is fast, testable, scalable, and of exceptional quality.
  • Design, build, and implement user interface systems that delight users.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and drive iterative solutions.
  • Lead code reviews and documentation.
  • Drive project success from technical design to launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, Mocha, and Chai.
  • A proven track record of building frontend applications at scale.
  • Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
