Job Title: Field Service Technician - Brisbane

As a Field Service Technician in Brisbane, you will be working in a challenging and fast-paced role as a vital member of the team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing products at customer sites or breakdown locations as directed
  • Performing routine repairs and maintenance on affiliated products as required
  • Completing all associated service paperwork accurately
  • Liaising with customers and developing service relationships to encourage repeat and new service business opportunities
  • Managing the quote process and maintaining constant communication with customers on the progress of Field Service jobs
  • Presenting to customers in a professional, clean, and tidy manner, expressing the client's core behaviors

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Higher School Certificate or equivalent, with a trade certificate preferable
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience in mechanical fundamentals
  • A visible desire and passion for customer service excellence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and take direction
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously
  • The desire to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and work scheduling programs
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including moderate reporting skills
  • The ability to possess full working rights in Australia
