Job Description

As an Officer Supply, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement, storage, and issuing of goods, ensuring adherence to Inventory Management principles. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing daily stock operations, including reviewing, ordering, receiving, putting away, picking, issuing, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  2. Conducting regular cycle counts, location verifications, and movement reviews, and raising Purchase Orders as per company policies
  3. Operating forklifts for loading/unloading vehicles, managing stock receivals, and ensuring site-to-site inventory transfers with first-in-first-out rotation
  4. Ensuring safe storage of chemicals and dangerous goods, participating in annual stock takes, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and upholding health and safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LF (forklift) High Risk Work License
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
