Proactive Services Cleaning Specialist

Clean and Tidy Store Environments
As a key member of our Proactive Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are clean, tidy, and safe for our customers and colleagues to enjoy. This includes completing scheduled cleaning tasks, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks as allocated, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and team rooms, and emptying bins
- Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
- Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and physically fit individual who is able to comfortably handle the physical demands of the role. You will need to be able to stand for long periods, lift loads between 5-10kgs, and work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks. Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm is also required.
