We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Remediation team at Bupaoptical. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting data analysis activities in customer remediation within our Health Insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with the Remediation team and operational teams to conduct discovery and delivery work associated with remediation and rectification programs.
- Understand the scale and scope of any impacted customer cohort, as well as system or conduct failures, to ensure accurate delivery of rectification and remediation efforts.
- Support project teams in the extraction, curation, and analysis of data in relation to remediation activities, ensuring the scope of impacted customers is accurate and the remediation methodology is being applied correctly.
- Perform scenario testing, quality assurance activities, and ensure that all data rules, logic, and code used are documented into a consistent, standardized format.
- Experience in customer remediation delivery, working in a data analyst capacity.
- Experience delivering business rules in SQL data rules to extract relevant information from tactical and strategic data stores.
- Proficient knowledge of data extraction and analysis from large databases using tools such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, etc.
- Opportunity to work in an agile environment across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Support project managers providing relevant business and data analysis.
- Curate and validate data extraction with project, business, and technical SMEs to ensure accuracy of output and alignment with remediation approach.
