Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can elevate showroom presentation and drive results through effective leadership, training, and performance management in a dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for visual merchandising and showroom design across multiple districts.
  • Develop and implement regional visual merchandising strategies to support company initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in showroom presentation, floor layout execution, and visual storytelling across all stores.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of District Visual Merchandising & Design Managers.
  • Conduct regular store and district visits to assess execution quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in visual merchandising with 3+ years in a multi-unit leadership or regional role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing district-level teams.
  • Strong creative eye with deep understanding of showroom layout, product staging, lighting, space planning, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to align visual merchandising with broader business strategy and KPIs.
