Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to provide exceptional support and enhance our customer-facing operations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and improving overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming sales calls and addressing customer queries
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Processing customer orders and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing administrative support for warehouse operations, including stock ordering, picking and packing orders, and general office duties
  • Assisting with the receipting and processing of customer payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with a competitive salary package. Performance bonuses may also be available.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 1 year's experience in an office environment is required. Work authorisation for Australia is also essential.
