About Us

Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at The Author. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting delicious cocktails in a lively atmosphere.

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and creativity.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning utensils.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency during busy shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Availability to work on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
