- Conduct reviews of audit work and summarize key areas of engagement for partners.
- Assist with management and coordination of the audit team, including training, mentoring, and methodology compliance.
- Monitor staffing requirements and future resource planning issues.
- Assist partners and managers in business development and marketing activities.
- Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major.
- Completed CA (or similar qualification).
- 4-5 years' experience in audit.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
RSM Australia offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $89,000-$99,000 exclusive of superannuation. We also offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
