We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Billings Officer to join our team at Infinite Aged Care. As a key member of our National Office, you will play a vital role in supporting our 17 aged care facilities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer customer accounts, including collections and billing inquiries.
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and billing, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with others and maintain a respectful tone.
