Salary Information


The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description


This role involves maintaining and managing desktop environments, providing technical support across various devices, and ensuring the effective operation of our IT equipment. You will also oversee Office 365 services and licenses, carry out acceptance testing, and work closely with our ICT team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and manage desktop environments
  • Provide technical support across all computing and room presentation devices
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of SLSA applications
  • Carry out acceptance testing for changes to SLSA systems
  • Work closely with the ICT Manager, ICT Architect, ICT Operations Team Leader, and Senior Systems Administration staff

Requirements



  • Qualifications or equivalent relevant experience in supporting computer systems
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and a vehicle or access to a vehicle for travel between offices
  • Flexible approach to work hours
  • Willingsness to participate in an After Hours On-Call support roster
