Salary:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in investigation and project management, preferably within the financial or regulatory sectors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ASIC regulations and procedures, as well as relevant laws and legislation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
How You Will Contribute:
- You will report directly to the Senior Manager, working closely with them to manage and contribute to projects investigating suspected misconduct.
- You will analyze large electronic data sets using specialized software, draft compulsory notices, collect and review documents, and conduct investigative tasks with minimal supervision.
- You will compile comprehensive briefs of evidence for the CDPP and collaborate with them to prepare for and conduct criminal prosecutions.
- You will support ASIC Litigation Counsel in initiating and managing civil litigation in Supreme and Federal Courts, including instructing counsel.
- You will prepare detailed administrative briefs for ASIC delegates.
