Job Title

The Head of Pedagogy and Practice is a leadership role that focuses on curriculum and pedagogy experiences across various services. This position requires expertise in education and experience in leadership, training, and operational management within an accredited early education provider.

This key position will support the educational best practice needs of large-scale centre growth planned for this year and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Education (Early Childhood) or a related discipline and at least 3 years of leadership curriculum and pedagogy management experience.

  • You are required to have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong meaningful relationships.
