Salary: $84,782 pa + Incidental Allowance pa - Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading

Position Type: Ongoing Permanent – Full Time

Location: Correctional Facility

The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a skilled Trade Coordinator to oversee the operational management of correctional industries. The successful candidate will have experience in a trade-related field and excellent communication skills to supervise staff and inmates.

About You

• Proven trade experience
• Ability to multitask and work across varying trades
• Willingness to undertake Primary Training for Certificate III in Correctional Practice

Essential Requirements

• Current Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or related trades
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete within specified timeframes
• Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive to locations as required
• General understanding of computer capabilities
