Job Title: F5 DNS Solutions ArchitectDescription

This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge DNS solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DNS technologies, F5 platforms, and the ability to architect highly scalable and secure DNS infrastructures.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Architecting end-to-end F5 DNS solutions that meet business needs for scalability, high availability, and security.
  • Integrating DNS64, DNSSEC, and other advanced DNS features into existing infrastructures.
  • Defining the DNS architecture roadmap and ensuring future scalability and robustness of the DNS ecosystem.
  • Designing DNS security solutions leveraging F5's DNS features to prevent DDoS attacks and enhance DNS security.
  • Developing and documenting high-level DNS design patterns and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Extensive experience designing and deploying F5 DNS solutions.
  • Deep understanding of DNS64, DNSSEC, Anycast DNS, and Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB).
  • Proven track record of architecting large-scale, secure, and highly available DNS infrastructures.
  • Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP DNS (A10, GTM, LTM) platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of IPv6/IPv4 transition mechanisms.
  • Expertise in DNS security best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and their integration with on-premises DNS infrastructures.
