Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to drive the growth of our service operations in a key region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving continued growth of our service operations through effective team management and customer engagement
  • Leading a team of mobile technicians based in Rocklea to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to drive growth in the region through joint business planning and execution
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base to increase loyalty and retention
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow existing sales further

You will work closely with our team to deliver excellent service and support to our customers, exceeding their expectations through prompt and professional responses.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in the hydraulic, mechanical, industrial or automotive industry with a focus on service operations
  • Able to manage a small team of Sales and Service Technicians effectively
  • 'Safety first' mindset and commitment to upholding health and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills to analyze data and make informed decisions

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and developing high-performing teams.
