Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to lead our Wollongong office. This is a challenging and varied role that will require you to lead and deliver projects, develop business opportunities, and manage and grow a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver geotechnical site investigation and design projects
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies in the region
  • Manage and grow a team of geotechnical engineers and geologists
  • Work closely with our NSW General Manager and other Sydney offices
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a geotechnical consultancy, with at least 2 years in Australia or New Zealand
  • Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • CPEng, alternative relevant professional registration, or progressing formal application
  • Experience training and developing junior engineers/geologists
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
