Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for paid search? We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paid Search Executive to join our team at Assembly Global.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Executive to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels. As a Paid Search Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic and maximizing ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to improve engagement and conversions.
- Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and effectively communicates the value proposition to the target audience.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated budgets.
- Media Activation: Manage the collation of activation deliverables, including approved media plans and creative materials.
- Planning & Forecasting: Assist Senior Digital Managers to create strategy proposals and media plans for clients.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with Senior Digital Managers and clients to understand campaign objectives, provide regular updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven 2+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Editor, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and experience working with pivot tables, ifs formulas, vlookup, and more advanced functions.
- Experience in managing mid/large-scale accounts and budgets ($200k - $500k+).
