Retail Supervisor

Bunnings is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing support to the senior leadership team and acting as a continual support to a designated department.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will also be responsible for coaching the team on the right service behaviors, assisting with inducting and training new team members, and ensuring merchandising standards meet business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication skills, and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others. You will also need to be able to achieve results and standards by working with your team, be approachable and confident when interacting with customers, and have an eagerness to learn about new products.
