Working in one of Australia's most exceptional environments, you will contribute to the delivery of maintenance that improves equipment reliability and availability. This role involves developing and maintaining an annual maintenance program for a water utility serving a fast-growing region.

The program considers preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, as well as capital renewals and replacements, to ensure effective resource utilisation, safe drinking water requirements, and a quality customer experience are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan complex maintenance programs to ensure optimal resource utilisation and maximum asset availability.
  • Liaise with project teams to integrate maintenance plans with asset renewals and replacement activities.
  • Develop annual maintenance works plans based on labour availability and provide quarterly and monthly work packages for delivery.
  • Provide technical advice on shutdown and turnaround processes to ensure efficient, effective, and safe work.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver required outcomes.

About You

  • Significant experience in maintenance program management across a wide geographical region.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to collaborate and negotiate.
  • Ability to analyse and develop solutions for future maintenance programs, prioritising tasks as needed.
  • Experience in using computerised maintenance management systems and business intelligence tools.
