About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Production Coordinator to join our team. As an Engineering Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
  • Engineering Services: Coordinate with engineers and technicians to maintain and repair equipment, as well as provide support for production planning and scheduling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the engineering team in executing planned activities, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Production Targets: Assist the site in reaching and maintaining production targets through effective planning and coordination.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met through regular inspections and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal Engineering or trade-based qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar Engineering coordination role
  • Commitment to safety, operational practices, and mine production targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An organised and reliable work ethic
  • Personal drive and problem-solving skills
