Cayman Island Fund Manager Position

An exceptional Investment Funds team seeks a driven Australian lawyer to join as a Funds Associate in the Cayman Islands. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious firm renowned for serving top hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and corporations.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise global clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products.
- Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.
- Prepare, draft, and negotiate fund documentation and agreements.
- Manage transactions end-to-end with efficiency and precision.
- Engage with domestic and international clients, building strong relationships.
- Participate in business development, promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for new work and cross-selling.
- Collaborate within a team, supervising junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and expertise.
- 3-6 years' PQE in investment funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
- Strong academic background with exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
- Outstanding technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.
- Proven organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward business development.
