Strategic Financial Leadership Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our finance team. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture and professional growth
  • Provide strategic financial planning and forecasting to ensure business growth and sustainability
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage risk and internal control effectively
  • Ensure transparent financial reporting to internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Member of Chartered Accountants ANZ or CPA or recognised affiliated professional bodies
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance (Economics, Commerce or Accounting)
  • Comprehensive understanding of management and financial accounting
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • High proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools
  • Experience in financial accounting and corporate compliance
