At the helm of our on-site pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional specialist pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients.

About This Role:
  • Lead pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply
  • Mentor and develop staff skills, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes
  • Provide direction for the Pharmacy team while fostering a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines
  • High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of dispensing software
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential
