Horticultural Groundskeeper

We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Grounds person to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of garden care and ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you are passionate about gardening, have a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the horticultural industry, we encourage you to apply.

• Assist with detailed horticultural maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Irrigation monitoring and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

• Previous experience in detailed garden maintenance.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid Drivers Licence.
• White Card or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
