Lead Train Production Manager

A Challenging Opportunity in the Rail Industry

We are seeking an experienced Train Assembly Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production management group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our train assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing production workflows, improving efficiency, and enhancing quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on production metrics, including timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the rail or manufacturing industry.
  • Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as a degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of office management software, including MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
