Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert customer service and product advice to retail and trade customers
  • Building the design business through proactive project opportunities
  • Nurturing client relationships throughout the design process
  • Reading and interpreting house and electrical plans to create inspirational lighting designs
  • Contributing to showroom presentation through merchandising, promotional set ups, and general housekeeping
