About the Role

The Opportunity

Our client is investing heavily in data science and AI to drive smarter, faster decision-making across the organisation. As part of this investment, they're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to build and deploy scalable ML solutions using Azure ML and MLOps frameworks.

The Job
  • Develop end-to-end ML models using Azure ML, Pipelines, and Data Factory
  • Create quick proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility and refine solutions for production
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial and technical teams to identify and prioritise business problems that can be solved with ML
  • Own the entire ML lifecycle from data preprocessing through to deployment, monitoring, and retraining
  • Implement scalable MLOps strategies including CI/CD, performance tracking, drift detection, and automated retraining
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineers and software developers to embed models into production systems
  • Champion ML best practices and reusable workflows across the broader team

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be working on building and deploying machine learning models using Azure ML and MLOps frameworks. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and prioritise business problems that can be solved with ML. Your expertise will be essential in driving smarter, faster decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models using Azure ML
  • Build quick proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems
  • Own the ML lifecycle from data preprocessing through to deployment
  • Implement MLOps strategies

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience in building and deploying scalable ML solutions using Azure ML and MLOps frameworks. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
